Property plans for the financier's personal Caribbean island among the photographs.

Additionally featured in this new document drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.

The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Marked on the plan is a channel, a waterway in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a legend labelling different areas of the estate.

Alongside the main plan are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for boat shelters.

Further images made public as part of the continuing investigative release.
